Olivia, one of the owner of La Mandolina Catering & Banqueting and specializes in wedding receptions, is the heart of the kitchen, loving the Italian food and wine and always trying new recipes in a splendid mix of tradition and innovation. She also teaches cooking classes which is a very fun way to spend a day during an Italian holiday.
Her contribution of professionalism drives, suggests, proposes and never overwhelms or imposes. She believes in the importance of listening to the wishes and dreams of the spouses, to build an event that fits perfectly, where food, flavors and colors fuse together to create unique emotions.
